Three easy steps for a dye test!

 

1. Read the Dye Test Certification Instructions  (Contained Here).
2. Locate The Lot And Block Identification Number For the Property To Be Certified (Link Contained Here).
3. View, Complete all Fields and Print out the Certification Form and then Deliver To The Administration Building. (Contained Here).

 

If you do not have print capabilities, a form is available for pick-up at the Administration Building.

All Fields on application must be completed.

 

Dye Test Fees:

Administrative Function	Documentation & Certification	$50.00/request
Field Testing	Exterior Test	$75.00/test
Field Testing	Interior Inspection & Testing	$50.00
Scheduled Testing	No Show, or Cancelled	$60.00 per test
