Residential Customers
All of the Authority's residential customers served by a private water supply are billed the User Charge based on the estimated average wastewater discharge of metered residential customers, along with the Base Service Charge.
Non-Residential Customers
All of the Authority's non-residential customers served by a private water supply are billed the User Charge based on the estimated multiple of the average residential water consumption for residential customers within the Authority's service area in conjunction with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources for estimating flows from non-residential establishments.
