The Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 397 amending Resolution No. 378 with respect to an agreement with the Water Authority serving any of the Authority's accounts for termination of water service due to delinquent sewage due and owing by residents within The McCandless Township Sanitary Authority Service Area.
This resolution empowers the Authority by statute or regulations to use any of the following methods or aids to collect delinquent payments for services or assessment:
a. Public sale of real property to enforce lien
b. Termination of water service
c. Notice of sewer service lien to mortgagee of property liened
Termination of water service may be requested with respect to delinquent accounts, which are delinquent for more than forty-five (45) days.
