Lien Letter Determination Requests

    Lien letter determinations are requests made for new homes, refinancing, etc. The letter requires research of current sewer service availability, sewer service accounts and unpaid assessment fees and any other fees applicable to a specific residence or lot. Each letter is prepared at a cost of $20.00 plus $1.00 for each fax request. All fees must be received in advance of the issuance of the letter, which requires three (3) days for preparation.
